From December 1st 2010 we have started to setup the new working environment our home/office, me and two of my friends Santosh and Pramod. Their first applications are live now in Palm Catalog. I’m happy that things are going as expected. Along with their 2 applications our application count in Palm Catalog is going to be 6, click here to see. All applications we have developed yet are too small.
With in next 6months I don’t have any growth plan in team size, first I want to get the process devised and thriving. Mean while we will build both knowledge and code base. Even though I have few years of experience in both coding and management, that was part of my full-time job where risk is limited. Here things are different I’m solely responsible for all the work, starting from application concepts to coding, releasing and the important factor is making money to survive and grow.

We have started online training for final year B.Tech, MCA and M,Sc students. We leverage the commutation facilities of this IT age. When an Indian tech support executive can provide support for people across the world, why is it not possible to train the students? By this program the student will learn how to communicate along with the technologies. No need of special training on working with remote teams, communication, interview skills blah blah…. Our programmers have worked non-stop and the back end code for Online Pen Drive is finished, only things needed are a nice look for the GUI and pushing it upfront for beta testers.
Our programmers say, “We do not need beta testers, it’s ready and we can put it up for free usage!”
Online pen drive is evolving faster that we though of it!
